Description

Roehampton is the quietest of our buildings. It sits on a residential stretch of Roehampton Drive up in Far North Dallas, backed against a greenbelt, so the only traffic you hear is the occasional plane on approach. The two-bedroom floor plan is the largest we offer at 1,150 square feet, with a primary bedroom that faces the greenbelt and a second bedroom that works well as a home office or a guest room. Windows on the back units face west, which gives you long evening light, and the front units look out over the parking court. Parking is a reserved covered spot close to the entry, and the building is a short drive to Texas Health Presbyterian and Medical City for nurses on contract. This is the pick if you want space and silence over nightlife.
